A deeply smoky, crunchy chilli oil packed with layers of flavour. Slow-smoked chillies are infused into rich oil and combined with toasted garlic, roasted peanuts, golden shallots, and warm spices for a bold, savoury kick. A subtle splash of balsamic vinegar rounds everything out with just the right hint of sweetness and tang.

The result is a complex chilli oil with smoky heat, nutty crunch, and deep umami flavour that transforms almost any dish.

Drizzle it over dumplings, noodles, pizza, eggs, rice bowls, roasted vegetables, or grilled meats. Stir it through fried rice, use it as a dipping oil, or spoon it straight onto anything that needs a hit of smoky heat.
